Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing consistent policies including Employee Handbooks, Standards of Conduct, Travel Policy
  • Answer employee questions and respond to concerns with regards to policies, procedures, and employee relations
  • Maintain the strictest confidentiality of all employee information including but not limited to employee relations, policies, and procedures
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining the performance management system, T&D and employee relations areas
  • Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of human resources operations
  • Conduct the full recruitment and selection cycle, including orientation, for staff, contractors, and interns for specific departments or roles
  • Provide support to the regional offices regarding policies, procedures, legality, employee relations, and other HR functions
  • Organize and conduct orientation for all new hires
  • Create and implement the internship program
  • Serve as backup for payroll, compensation and benefits, and files
  • Participate in preparing and conducting HR activities, presentations and other HR projects
  • Provide ongoing support for HR team regarding all HR functions
  • Support other functions as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5 years of proven experience in HR or relevant human resources position
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources law and Employment law
  • Experience with full cycle recruitment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good organizational and time management skills

Desired Characteristics:

  • SHRM or another HR certification
